Statistics on parents

Contrary to popular opinion, the most works though often on low wages. The scale of salaries lower than single households is because most are headed by women, which for the most part, generally earn less than men. Although the lack of money is usually the largest and most difficult challenge of parenting soil, the majority do not live in abject poverty. Another surprising statistic is that many of these families are headed by those who are 40 years old. The perception by many that the simple majority of parents are very young is often not the case.

However, when poverty is the case, there is a greater risk of social problems, behavioral and emotional, but most children raised in single-parent households do very well. other considerations as well as household income are the parent's age, education, attitude, personality and how it relates to parenting, the availability of a system of family support and most importantly of all, good parenting skills.

Single-parent families are comprised of those who are divorced, separated, have never married or grandparents. The percentage of those who have chosen not to be married is growing, as is the Group of grandparents who are raising their grandchildren.

Statistics suggest that, rather than single parents being the cause of the increase of youth problems, it is more likely that poor parents is the cause. Poor Parents is as likely to happen when there are two parents as when there is only one parent.Whether single or those families with two parents, statistics show that juvenile delinquency and violence has increased steadily since 1970.

Another consideration can be problems that existed in families before a divorce or separation that have contributed to problems with children inside a House parent. these could have been the prior existence of family violence, domestic disputes or the abuse of minors that children had undergone while in a scenario of traditional House. These problems are then carried over into the parent single House.

Deprivation, which includes not only poverty but negligence, physically and emotionally; lack of affection and lack of love can also contribute to youth issues. These problems are not entirely caused by soil parenting, two parent families, often similar difficulties.

Single parent Gets blamed for a lot of societal woes when in fact the statistics show that two-parent families have similar problems with their children when it happens in traditional families, the finger is pointed out elsewhere, often of society at large, but when it happens within a single-parent family, the blame is placed on the shoulders of the one father.

Statistics are reached in a number of ways. What is considered when statistics are compiled? an organization States that 80% of rapists with anger problems come from orphan homes. is the fact that they come from orphan homes or who have anger issues with his parents? This could be the case in a house where a parent resides or not.

However most of the statistics suggests that children raised in single-parent homes are going to be able to operate successfully in society.
